One Grate Conversation’s inception came about when Lauxes Grates company CEO Tim Dawson saw the importance of recording our story for generations of present and future employees. What started out as an internal company resource has grown into something we are excited to share with a wider audience.
In a world where there is a negative bias and scarcity mindset, we want to continue changing the world one grate conversation at a time.Through digestible conversations on influential and key topics featuring impactful guests, we will disseminate Lauxes Grates knowledge and insights to a wider audience and be the difference that we want to see in the world. This is how we continue our contribution to the community but this time on an external, international level.
