"One Day I Decided... To love myself"
Tara tells her recovery story of  choosing recovery, herself, motherhood and her mental health in the past few years and openly shares how she got there. Tara explains how her trials and tribulations of her past brought her to this self awareness awakening. Tara is a mother, navy veteran, a mental health advocate, a trauma survivor and was recently re-diagnosis with bi-polar and PTSD in her recovery. Tara explains how de-stigmatizing what it means to be diagnosed with mental illness has changed and enhanced her life and how she couldn't have found this "freedom" without putting down the bottle.
