Last week, I found myself in and out of the hospital with my loved ones. I was exhausted both emotionally and physically. Everyone is fine now, but it got me thinking: "How are we going to choose to show up when things happen and life gets hard?" Today, we discuss the importance of understanding our "why" so we will show up and persevere, no matter the obstacle.
