A luxury retail, communications, and international PR consultant for Iguatemi Group, Patricia's career has included working with the likes of Tiffany & Co and Polo Ralph Lauren. In 2018, Patricia and her family made the move from Manhattan to Sag Harbor where she founded Matriark, a boutique selling high-end fashion, lifestyle and design products featuring women and LGBTQ+-led brands and businesses.
