On this week’s episode, Nicole talks to Jennifer Jones, also known as JJ. She was just recently promoted to the CMO of Tidi Products after serving 5 years as their vice president. JJ has found so much joy in developing leadership and accessing untapped potential. the needs of others. Simply acknowledging people’s humanity is the first step to showing them respect, JJ says, and within her experience in overseeing all aspects of her organization’s growth strategy, kindness is an essential quality to maintain as a leader.
