On this episode I had a chat with Al Kags who the founder of the Open Institute, an African organisation that works with governments and civil society organisations to promote open government and citizen engagement. He also has tips on how individuals may protect their personal data and offers reflections on the future of open data and personal data regulation in Kenya.
