Dee and Kim welcome Brent Crampton to the show. Many know him from his DJ days at House of Loom, and now he's launched a day-party series in Benson. Brent's also an advocate for building a sustainable future for Omaha, and has done great things through his work at Hillside Solutions like the Compost Club. He shares some of notable restaurants who've successfully implemented composting and recycling practices.
