The club held a Fans' Forum just a few days after the news about majority shareholder Phil Kirk's medical condition had been released. Phil insisted on carrying on and he joined CEO John Croot, manager Paul Cook and assistant manager Danny Webb on the top table. The forum, which was hosted by Phil Tooley, Ellie Yates and Nick Johnson and broadcast live on 1866 Sport, provided essential listening for all Chesterfield supporters.
