There is a new MOCA 2.0 framework from Microsoft and Marijn thinks we should do a re-visit.  Steve thinks he is right because there are hidden depths that folks need to be aware of. But Steve expands on this adding in the dimension of Process alongside the Personas. After all we are reminded that everyone in the company works within a set of processes, regardless of the role they perform.
