Brendan takes us through his time in the sport, including coming from an Olympic family, his training routine as well as what it takes to come up with the perfect song for a routine. He also gives us an insight into his first Olympics in Sochi as well as telling us just what it is like to sit in front of a camera, smile and pretend to be happy with the judges scores.
