Dr. Khan remains deeply committed to the oath he took as a doctor: Do No Harm. Early in his career as a double board certified plastic surgeon, he was asked by women to remove their implants. He saw first hand the problems created by these devices, and saw a conflict with the Hippocratic Oath he took. In 2018 he made the decision to specialize in breast explant. Dr. Khan believes Breast Implant Illness is a very real disease that ultimately causes suffering in women. In his experienced opinion, he believes all implanted women will experience this illness.
