Money Motivated Monday: #MMM We talking about the real "racism climate" that is becoming more outspoken as we get closer to this inauguration. The Capitol being stormed by ignorance was the mirror the world needed to see when it comes to the true United States. The treatment and lopsidedness in the workspaces or acts of service are all fueled by racism. It's not all of us who live in the US that are racist. It's the mindset of the ignorant people who refuse growth and change despite their culture who are the problem. Black people, my people have to strive to create our own lane, jobs, and opportunities. We cannot keep asking to be in spaces, where we are seen and treated as less than. Be independent, raise your children to make decisions independently that will set them up for success. This is a lesson/ motivation Monday and I hope you can take something good away from this episode. Share your knowledge with someone else.
