Why not do the best you can without stressing so much. Without panicking over everything your kids are eating. Life is meant to be enjoyed and I promise, you'll live. You'll live because you actually do care so much that you won't let yourself totally go to the processed wayside. You'll do the best you can 70% of the time and you won't stress the other 30%.
