Hi. My name is Vicente. I have read a lot about veganism and totally respect the veganist movement. I currently eat 1 egg and less than 50 grams of meat per day and no dairy products. Based on my current information I see advantages on not being fully vegan and want to encourage non vegan people to adopt a more vegan friendly lifestyle. Regarles if you want to reduce your animal based food consumption or are in your way to a fully vegan lifestyle I hope to add some useful information and have a healthy and respectful conversation around animal protection.
