Tons of News this week, and it's almost all from Geoff Keighley's "The Game Awards". But first, we finally go over some of our holiday gaming traditions, and games we've been playing.

The guys share their impressions of Nintendo's newly released brawler Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. (We had to break away from playing to record). Cesar sings along with made-for-game Little Mermaid music tracks in Kingdom Hearts II, rekindles nonexistent nostalgia for Spyro: Reignited Trilogy and shoots his way through the beginning of early last-gen shooter The Darkness. Richard continues the loot-filled descent into Diablo III: Eternal Collection, and tries to piece together its story. Michael hooks up his Nintendo Wii for some runs in MDK2 and Disaster: Day of Crisis. Continuing our theme of Dark games, Michael gives his early thoughts on Darksiders III and gives us a rundown of the franchise's history. Russell has put in some time on the RISK demo for Nintendo Switch, but has refused to pay the full $20, thus remaining Master of his own Domain.

News is lengthy, thanks to the spectacular awards show that was The Game Awards. We run down some surprising announcements like Marvel: Ultimate Alliance III for the Switch, Supergiant's new game Hades, and a Dragon Age 4 Teaser. Persona 5's Joker is coming to Super Smash Bros. and Crash Team Racing gets the remaster it deserves. We finish with a recap of the actual awards winners. Thanks for hanging in for such a long show!
