Enneagram 3 is known as the ACHIEVER. This is a complex number right in the center of the heart triad. They are known for being smooth, charming, and goal oriented and they can also be a little "too smooth" sometimes. 3's are trying to find love through their efforts and success instead of just being loved for who they are. At their best they can teach us to strive to be better and reach for higher levels of performance; not only inspiring us, but also coming alongside and helping us get to the next level.
