We break down yesterday's city council meeting where council voted to move forward with holding a referendum on a Performing Arts Centre in the city. We also discuss the need for more daycare facilities. I speak with Victoria University student Victor Keller as he completed a study looking at energy consumption in the province of BC come the year 2055. And to end off the show I speak with Stephanie Lake from the BC Centre on Substance Use and UBC. We talk about the relationship between cannabis use and PTSD.
