Nicole welcomes  Tina Finelman Berkett, Artistic Director of the Los Angeles–based contemporary dance company BODYTRAFFIC, and Jenny Hamilton, Executive Director of the New Orleans Ballet Association, to talk about their exciting upcoming performance with the Preservation Hall Jazz Band this Friday night!
Jenny Hamliton shared information about free dance classes for all ages.  Kid, 4-18, senior citizens, people with parkinsons, all FREE at 3 NORD centers around the city.
Then, in the second hour, Nicole talks with Thea Narkiewicz, Licensed Master Social Worker, and Wayne Barnes, Director and Licensed Professional Counselor at Crescent Addiction and Recovery    about mental health struggles during the holidays and the important work they do to support those in need.
