Today's Life Athlete is Ryan Estrada. This is Ryan's second appearance on the podcast and we did it shortly after my skull fracture while he was in Bali. Ryan is nearly impossible to categorise as he's a creative whirlwind. He throws himself at live and creative projects with a mix of youthful enthusiasm and mature technical efficiency. From Graphic Novels, to Radio plays, to filmmaking, Ryan has challenged himself and accomplished a lot. This episode is a ballad to anyone wanting to start a thing.
