If you are frustrated by your lack of progress on your goals, try these 3 simple steps: Start with First Principles Thinking: What ultimately are your trying to accomplish? Question your assumptions and get to your most basic desire. Don't assume you have the right goals to get there. Make Your Goal S.M.A.R.T. (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant to You, and Time-Bound) and upgrade it every 90 days. Extend Your Goal out to a 25 Year Vision. If you keep doing what you are doing now, what will your life be like in 25 years? Small steps compound over time. Make it unreasonable you won't crush your goals, given enough time.
