n this podcast Bronwen Day, in conversation with Lisa Rickert, recalls the facilities in town when she arrived. She remembers the community involvement of herself and Mark, especially Mark being a DJ at 6NEW and also a part of the Pilbara Regiment. She loved her neighbours at Kurrajong Cres, who are still life long friends. The arrival of her Mum and Dad in town allowed her to return to work as teacher and eventually she became the Art teacher at NSHS.
