Gabi Vargas is a community leader, founder of the Gabi Vargas Foundation for suicide prevention. Gabi is a grief support specialist specializing in suicide loss, she is also a Youth Mental Health First Aid instructor teaching the signs and symptoms of someone dealing with mental crisis. Her foundation supports awareness, education and support and part of that is Poiema Art Therapy for mental Wellness, and above all else a genuine human being.
