On this episode, we with down with Gene Sticco, a former Air Force soldier and military contractor whose wife, Natalia, inherited notes from her father that appear to be detailed observations of a UFO in Soviet possession.The notes came into their hands several years ago when her father sent the notes to his grandson, their child, who was showing early interest in aeronautics. The retired engineer, who'd long served as a scientist for the Soviet Union and had graduated from one of its top technical colleges, died soon afterward.After translating the notes and analyzing the equations and illustrations it contained, Sticco is convinced that his father-in-law had been working to reverse-engineer a craft for the Soviet Union.
