I get a sense of calm when I'm at the seaside. It's one of my favourite places to be, to just exist. Maybe it's because I'm an island baby. It's something about the water, the sound it makes as it meets the shore either as a huge roaring wave or a gentle trickling cascade. The seaside really is a place that is both destructive & constructive.

Life is like that. Though this past year has certainly been destructive for many in a variety of ways.. I truly hope that you have had constructive experiences, something to keep you going.

Please don't give up 🙏🏾 although I know that at times this is beyond difficult.
