We start the first episode of the year with the idea of sharing basic principles to succeed and accomplish your goals in 2024.  The first principle is Living by a Standard and Living by Example.  Without a standard, you have no attachment to how you conduct yourself, how to think, how to act, how to go about succeeding.  You must establish your standards in order to achieve anything. A way to establish a standard is to understand a way of living by example. Once you do that standards are easy to uphold.
