Episode Synopsis "Code Switching and Microagressions"
We often find ourselves faced with code swithing in the BIPOC community but what are the consequences? Can code swithching be an unintnded consequence of microagressions aimed at us? Is there a corelation? This article and several conversations with friends and family started me thinking about this. Then I heard feedback from a convrsation among men about how black men can be triggered from a conversation with prople outsidee the culture.
