We often find ourselves faced with code swithing in the BIPOC community but what are the consequences? Can code swithching be an unintnded consequence of microagressions aimed at us? Is there a corelation?
This article and several conversations with friends and family started me thinking about this. Then I heard feedback from a convrsation among men about how black men can be triggered from a conversation with prople outsidee the culture.
