When the Academic Staff Union of Universities in Nigeria went on strike in protest against the federal government for unfavourable working conditions, I knew I had to take advantage of the situation and gain industry experience. Fortunately, I got an internship with Lagos Waste Management Authority (LAWMA) Academy. In this episode, I talk about my first day experience as an intern at LAWMA academy.
