He developed OCD symptoms, including obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors, such as checking doors and windows. Simon used alcohol as a coping mechanism, but eventually sought professional help and embarked on a therapy journey. He now helps other men navigate their mental health challenges through his work with Mindful Men. Simon Rinne shares his mental health journey, including his struggles with OCD, depression, and burnout.
