6 eggs beaten

Salt-pepper to taste

I fried 7 breakfast sausage links and cut into smaller pieces

1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 TSP Hot sauce - pour into large muffin tin and bake 350 for about 20 minutes 


Update Packer’s D-Coordinator: 
Championship Sunday Recap - best coaching wins the day.  Ravens didn’t run and Lions didn’t kick.
Baltimore vs. Chiefs -
Mahomes came out on fire and Ravens let them off the hook by not running the ball.  Tough day for Zay Flowers 
49ers vs. Lions
Have to kick that FG to go up 3 scores. 
If you get TD….that’s still 3 scores…
Future talk:  
After superbowl - will have some time off to work on the show.  Thanks to the guests and look forward to having more.  Continue with Basketball jones and brewer check ins. March Madness coming up. NFL is pretty much a year round sport so i’ll be keeping up on Packer news / hire a DC /  free agency updates / draft.  Then it’s basically summer break until training camp heats up!
