After stressing out about putting a house on the market after a divorce it was finally court ordered and the house wasn’t finished being cleaned out and repaired. There were tons of offers because of low inventory and the sellers accepted a full price offer but buyer’s inspection turned up mold and foundation issues. That is not stopping the sale & the only thing left is the appraisal.
