Listen "Audio Warbles: A Walking Exploration"
Episode Synopsis
Audio Warbles: A Walking Exploration by Roana Mitchell Invitation: This is a small exploration, designed for you to do while you are out on a walk of your choice in nature. It might be a nice thing to do if you have brain-fog, feel discombobulated or disconnected, or just fancy exploring going for a walk in a slightly different way. What you need: This audio on your phone (you can download it if you are heading somewhere with dodgy signal) Headphones (alternatively, if like me you don’t have headphones, you can hold the phone up to your ear as you walk, as though you and me were having a chat. This does however mean that the arm holding your phone is less free to move). Optional: A piece of paper (or a pocket-size notebook) and a pen to take along in your pocket. Approximately 15 minutes of time (though you can extend this, by pausing the audio to explore certain things for longer) Instruction: Don’t listen to the audio quite yet! Take this audio, headphones, pen and paper with you, and set off on a walk somewhere out in nature (a local park counts as nature too). Once you have started walking, press play and follow as many or as few of the invitations as you like.
