People are going to do what you do, not what you say.
The only way that you can ensure that your success can be ensured is through your follow through. 
That's what we learned in this episode. Follow through, rewards & blessing have nothing to do with haphazard action but discipline, mission minded, structured, obedience. Nothing that we learn from Jesus is haphazard. Everything is planned out, structure with a mission in mind which kept him goal oriented and following a process & procedure for how God called him to live on earth. 
His obedience yielded his ultimate reward from His father in Heaven. Our lives are no different. Outside of the covering and umbrella of God we will face the elements without protection. Under the covering of His love & provision, we will still face the elements, but we will be equipped to work through them in His will, in His power & the way He's called us to. 
When you live with a system that creates disciplines & structure you are no longer burdened by the things that burden this world.
“My yoke is easy, my burden is light,” (Matthew 11:30) God wants to equip you and provide you a game plan for being righteous, living righteously in faith & He also creates a roadmap for raising a godly family. God created family from the very beginning, therefore He knew man would need rules to govern not only his body, his mind, his marriage, but also his family. 
What does it take to reach your goals?
What does it take to know you are safe and secure, protected & living under the Lord’s protection so that you can be confident to step out in faith to pursue what He has for you?
What does it take to go after the path He’s set before you with the confidence that you’re going to succeed.
Obedience +Disciplined + structured mission minded goals = JOY+ Peace+ Growth + Freedom
