WE ARE HAVING A BABY!!
We are lovingly referring to baby number five as Cinco because not only is this baby number five, our baby is due on May 5th, Cinco de Mayo, which also happens to be my beloved late mother's birthday. This is a date that has been etched on my heart since the beginning of time.
And it has always been such a special day for me (Lindsey) to celebrate her life, to be thankful for the beautiful woman she was, for her legacy, for the way that she lived, for the way that she loved to celebrate her and her life. However, it's always been a really hard day where usually I have tears of grief and sorrow because I miss her, and I would give anything to be able celebrate another year of her life. Never in a million years did I ever think that we would have a baby, a new life, a new blessing, a new joy, a new gift from God to celebrate the expectation of the arrival to be here earth side with us on that same day.
