On this episode we're talking about belonging in tech. One of the most outstanding themes around women in tech is Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. We talk about this feeling of being excluded in tech and what we can do to foster a sense of belonging in tech, that benefits women and all kinds of people as well. I am joined by Jordanna Kwok (she/her) who is an engineering leader that is passionate about building equitable and inclusive teams in tech. She is currently managing a team of iOS engineers at Netflix responsible for the member experience in the Netflix iOS app.
