Whether it be an RFID chip or a vaccine certification, it really doesn't matter.  If there is anything that is introduced into the society that is needed in order to buy and sell, it has to be analyzed carefully and treated with extreme caution because it may very well be The Mark of the Beast described in Revelation 13:16-18

Rev 13:16  And he causes all, both small and great, and rich and poor, and free and slave, to be given a mark upon their right hand or upon their foreheads, 
Rev 13:17  and that no one should be able to buy or sell except he that has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. 
Rev 13:18  Here is the wisdom! He who has understanding, let him calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man, and his number is six hundred and sixty six.b Footnote: bSome ancient manuscripts have 616 instead of 666.
