Welcome to the 2025–26 school year! We are excited to kick off this historic year for the association with the MIAAA/MSHSAA Summer Workshop session! Each August, prior to the start of the school year, athletic directors from across the state assemble at the MSHSAA office for two days of professional development, keynote speakers, and networking opportunities.During this year’s workshop session, we took the time to interview the MIAAA Executive Director, Josh Scott. Join us as we talk about this amazing organization—why it is vital to Missouri schools and how much the role has evolved over the years.
