Jen is the founder and designer at UNCVRD Jewelry. She lives in Long Beach, CA with her husband and two sons. She is passionate about empowering young women and survivors of human trafficking. She is happiest when she's soaking up the sunshine, sipping prosecco, surrounded by lots of loved ones. In this episode, Jen shares with Jenny her journey into the jewelry business and how it marries into her advocacy against human trafficking, providing aftercare for survivors and mentoring at-risk girls in foster care. She also shares her nuggets of wisdom on the benefits of  finding a balance in growing + expanding impact and being more trusting in letting other qualified people carry the vision we have.
