Rachael Smith is the founder and Executive Director of the nonprofit Oh Lord Help Us, and the social enterprise Hope + Vine. She believes that everyone is uniquely created and designed to live with purpose. Because of this, she lives her life with the mission to empower young women to replace lies with truth and to be who they were created to be. In this episode, Jenny and Rachael talk about ministry as a way of bringing hope to young women who have outgrown foster care and are at risk of homelessness and the consequential hardships by creating employment and empowering them.
