Spirituality Made Simple – Tomás Garza
Do you think you don’t have enough time to meditate? Is the idea of spirituality beyond your scope of appreciation? Think again. Tomás has been meditating since he was a teen. He learned how in geometry class. He continued the practice for the rest of his life and discovered he was a spiritual person. As are all of us. He teaches a class called A Course in Miracles – Awakening to Love in which he coaches meditation. It turns out you can benefit from meditation by focusing on one breath cycle. So it doesn’t take very long. However, most of us need practice and a little more time, like five to fifteen minutes. This podcast presents simple concepts but is extremely enlightening. He has written a book called Decide about limiting stories we tell ourselves. (Watch that self-talk!)
