In this episode, we met up with Jodie Romanow of Ritz Machine Works, located in Sunny Dauphin, Manitoba. Ritz Machine Works, founded in 1998 by Rick Elnyski and Tom Zapperan, started with a few workers and is currently located in a former cheese factory.
