Lavinia specialises in inner child healing and in today’s episode she joins us to chat all about her own healing journey and how it has impacted her journey as a mother. She delves into what the inner child is and how unhealed traumas can show up within motherhood. She shares with us the main signs of an unhealed inner child and how we can begin to identify our trigger linked to it.  We touch on the benefits of healing as a mother and how our children benefit from this and lastly she shares with us ways in which we can start the healing process, learning self-soothing techniques and begin to heal our past.
