For each set of words, try to head-copy it. First, the words are sent in Morse code. Then it is spoken. And finally, it is sent again in Morse code. If you missed it the first time when it was sent, the second time allows you an opportunity to learn the words.

N-Grams are a stepping stone in head-copying entire sentences. These word groups should seem familiar and common to any English speaker.

N-Grams in this context are sequential words found in a sentence where n is the number of words found in the sequence. This practice file contains the top 500 2-grams found in contemporary English. Each 2-gram was randomly selected twice for a total of 1,000 practice opportunities.

In terms of practice, it is better to have more frequent and shorter practice sessions over one or two longer practice sessions per week. Ideally, practice sessions should be no more than 15 or 20 minutes long, with two to three sessions per day. This video is long enough that you can keep coming back to it and pick up where you left off.
