For todays podcast I speak on the recent controversy surrounding Mr Traumatik, a very well known MC within the DnB scene. As you may be aware, he has recently put out an offensive tweet to not only the LGBTQ+ community, but also anyone who previously enjoyed his music, hosted his shows, or supported him prior. I speak less on the debate between critics and supporters, and more about the influence that someone with these views and opinions has when influencing the younger generation. It’s important to recognise that although this comment is what has caused uproar, he has been using slurs specifically against women in his music since its inception.
