Listen to your mind and soul and be mindful of how you're feeling mentally and emotionally. Spiritual self-care is important, especially when it comes to stress relief. Melissa's husband is diagnosed with Epilepsy. she had to make a lot of changes due to her husband's treatment for seizures. She has been spending 30-45 minutes each day before doing anything self-care-related, including listening to devotional readings, writing in a prompt journal, and spending time organizing. There is no shame in investing money in things like self-care or outsourcing tasks to help organize and cope with stress. One way to amp up self-care is to get organized, delegate tasks, and outsource services.
