WHOOP! WHOOP! 💃🏽 I’m Destiny and I’m a SAHM. And it ain’t no joke! This is where we can get together and chat about what it’s gonna take to push through for the rest of the week! There will be good weeks and great weeks and hard weeks too, either way we have to keep these households running smooth and everybody alive! So I’ll be sharing my own personal experiences and those of some other great mamas, hoping that it will help or encourage you. I know we’ve got diapers to change, snacks and meals to cook, and men to tend to, so I’ll be sure to keep these under 10 minutes.

This week we are finally tackling those to-do lists. I like to call it my NOW List. Focus on 3 things that you know you can get done in a day pick your top 3 priorities for each day and knock them out. You will start going to bed feeling more accomplished, which will lead to you waking up ready to succeed the next day! This one small technique will have you feeling more peace and joy throughout your day. And before you know it, life is better. From this one, small, #simpleandbasic change. 💫
