But her teaching philosophy goes beyond aesthetics—it’s about honoring the full humanity of her clients through deep presence, careful language, and a innovative semi-private format she calls “Core Collective Sessions.”What unfolds is more than a conversation about Pilates; it’s a deep dive into healing, grief, resilience, and creating belonging through movement. From her own story of loss and recovery to the nuances of reading bodies and teaching with love, Kevyn offers a powerful reminder that movement isn’t just about mechanics—it’s about coming home to ourselves. In this episode, you’ll learn:Why posture isn’t about perfection—but balance, adaptability, and nervous system supportThe deep value of teaching the body in front of you—why fewer cues can create more impactWhy Pilates is a lifelong practice for tuning into your body with ease and careThe evolution of Kevyn's instructional practice and how she brings her unique approach to her Upper East Side studio, and more recently, to her East Hamptons studio. How Kevyn’s Core Collective Sessions offer the best of both one-on-one attention and small-group connectionAbout Kevyn Zeller, Pilates Teacher, EntrepreneurKevyn Zeller has been practicing Pilates for 24 years, initially drawn to it after a knee injury sustained during long-distance running in Mexico.
