Ashlee is a social worker by education. She graduated with her Bachelor of Social work in 2018. It took her 8 years to earn her secondary degree as she greatly struggled with her health in the last decade. 
Ashlee is a person with disability: She has Cerebral Palsy as well as Hydrocephalus.
She is a writer of poems and short stories.
Ashlee started her own blog in 2017 which addresses stigma, inequalities, and to dismantle bias, unfairness, and ableism.
