Mai Ling has over 14 years of clinical practice from preschool through geriatrics, she is an expert in augmentative and alternative communication.
She is currently working with Cognixion to create the world's first brain-computer interface and augmented reality technology for AAC and is organizing her second book in the #1 kindle Best Seller series - Becoming an Exceptional Leader. This anthology is created by co-authors who have joined Mai Ling as a guest on her Xceptional Leader podcast and Facebook live interviews where she spotlights disability leaders all over the world. 
She is also working with Verge Learning following recent acquisition of XceptionalED, the professional development platform she co-founded.
