In that capacity, he helps direct the Creative Labs and the Latino Fellowship (LaFe). He has also served as the director of the Mixed Advisory Team for InterVarsity, as an Executive Pastor of a multisite church, and as the CEO of Orange Apple (a strategy consulting firm). He recently published Ethnic Identity, a LifeGuide Bible Study from InterVarsity Press. He holds degrees from Duke and Oxford and lives with his family in Tampa, FL.
