It’s called the Minnesota Vaccine Connector and, once you sign up, it will notify you when it’s your turn for a vaccination and where to go.It’s also easy to sign up. Go to: MN dot GOV backslash VACCINECONNECTOR. An Internet search on “Minnesota Vaccine Connector” will also take you there. Or call 833-431-2053.ALL Minnesotans who have NOT YET RECEIVED the COVID vaccine are encouraged to apply. Once you hit the “Launch the Vaccine Connector” link, you’ll be guided to a page that asks for general information about your occupation. That’s to determine if you’re in a priority category like healthcare worker or educator. The demographic information is optional.There are checkbox lists for disabilities and medical conditions. The Minnesota Department of Health is prioritizing vaccine shots for people with certain underlying health conditions.You’ll also be asked whether you’re able to get to a vaccination site in your community if given short notice. Some people may not have access to a vehicle or may need to make other arrangements.Once signed up with the Vaccine Connector, you’ll be notified when you’re eligible to receive your shot.
